What is it and how does it work?
Pastetogrid is an online tool that lets you make picture collages. No account or sign up is required to use this tool. All students need to start using this tool is the url. When they get to the url, they simply click on the grid layout they want to use. Then they just click on the square they want to insert a picture in. The computer will then ask the students to locate the picture they want to use. Students just click on the picture they want to have in the particular square and the picture appears in the square perfectly cropped and placed. Students repeat the process for the number of squares that are in their layout.
**Total disclaimer: This tool is in beta which means that occasional bugs may arise. I found that when using Internet Explorer the tool works, though the pictures may not end up in the box you want them to be in. I found no issues when using google chrome with this tool.
